refactor(cli): use errore for typed error handling in run command

Replace untyped catch blocks and scattered process.exit() with
errore tagged errors and error-as-values pattern. Compile-time
safety for error handling paths.

fix(cli): support loading bknd.config.ts and detect runtime mismatch

Add jiti to handle TypeScript config imports natively in the CLI, removing the need for npx tsx or --experimental-strip-types workarounds. Detect Bun adapter usage under Node and suggest running CLI with the correct runtime.

fix: fix wrangler platform proxy handling

Refactored strategy forms to include hidden fields for type and name. Added a registration route with necessary adjustments to the admin controller and routes. Corrected field handling within relevant forms and components.

display a fixed error for unmet permissions when retrieving the schema. moved auth routes outside of BkndProvider and reorganized remaining routes to include BkndWrapper.
