These files all have 'Code generated' / 'DO NOT EDIT' headers but
were not in .gitattributes. This causes GitHub to show them expanded
in PR diffs and count them toward diff stats.

This change implements an interface for running `@devcontainers/cli up`
and an API endpoint on the agent for triggering recreate for a running
devcontainer.
A couple of limitations:
1. Synchronous HTTP request, meaning the browser might choose to time it
out before it's done => no result/error (and devcontainer cli command
probably gets killed via ctx cancel).
2. Logs are only written to agent logs via slog, not as a "script" in
the UI.
Both 1 and 2 will be improved in future refactors.

This modifies a prior migration which is typically forbidden,
but because we're pre-production deployment I felt grouping
would be helpful to future contributors.
This adds database functions that are required for the provisioner
daemon and job queue logic.

This package will be used to return which variables are being
used for a build, and can visually indicate the hierarchy to
a user.

Provisionerd communicates with coderd over a multiplexed
WebSocket serving dRPC. This adds a roughly accurate protocol
definition.
It shares definitions with "provisioner.proto" for simple

WebRTC require an exchange of encryption keys and network hops to connect. This package pipes the exchange over gRPC. This will be used in all connecting clients and agents.
