Spike Curtis 49b34a716a fix: fix slog to always use array of Fields (#21426)
Upgrades to slog v3 which includes a small, but backward incompatible API change to the acceptible call arguments when logging. This change allows us to verify via compile time type checking that arguments are correct and won't cause a panic, as was possible in slog v1, which this replaces (v2 was tagged but never used in coder/coder).

It also updates dependencies that also use slog and were updated.

I've left the `aibridge` dependency as a commit SHA, under the assumption that the team there (cc @pawbana @dannykopping ) will tag and update the dependency soon and on their own schedule.

Other dependencies, I pushed new tags.

Spike Curtis 40df21ed62 fix: fixes use of possibly nil RemoteAddr() and LocalAddr() return values (#21076)
fixes: https://github.com/coder/internal/issues/1143

Both gVisor and the Go standard library implementations of `net.Conn` can under certain circumstances return `nil` for `RemoteAddr()` and `LocalAddr()` calls. If we call their methods, we segfault.

This PR fixes these calls and adds ruleguard rules.

Note that `slog.F("remote_addr", conn.RemoteAddr())` is fine because slog detects the `nil` before attempting to stringify the type.

Mathias Fredriksson f64ac8f5f7 chore(scripts/rules.go): ignore db imports in _test.go files (#20406)
This change allows us to stop adding the following for every invokation:

```
//nolint:gocritic // This is in a test package and does not end up in the build
```

Ethan 50704a5014 ci: improve 'tfail in goroutine' ruleguard rule (#19682)
This PR improves the ruleguard rule for detecting `t.Fail` calls in goroutines. It picks up additional violations, of which are fixed in this PR.
See self-review for details.

The motivation for fixing this comes from a flake I fixed in https://github.com/coder/coder/pull/19599, where tests would fail from a `require` in an `Eventually`.

Danny Kopping 87dc2478a9 feat: fail CI when pubsub.Publish calls are found in db transactions (#17903)
Publishing inside a db transaction can lead to database connection
starvation/contention since it requires its own connection.

This ruleguard rule (one-shotted by Claude Sonnet 3.7 and finalized by
@Emyrk) will detect two of the following 3 instances:

```go
type Nested struct {
	ps pubsub.Pubsub
}
func TestFail(t *testing.T) {
	t.Parallel()
	db, ps := dbtestutil.NewDB(t)
	nested := &Nested{
		ps: ps,
	}
	// will catch this
	_ = db.InTx(func(_ database.Store) error {
		_, _ = fmt.Printf("")
		_ = ps.Publish("", []byte{})
		return nil
	}, nil)
	// will catch this
	_ = db.InTx(func(_ database.Store) error {
		_ = nested.ps.Publish("", []byte{})
		return nil
	}, nil)
	// will NOT catch this
	_ = db.InTx(func(_ database.Store) error {
		blah(ps)
		return nil
	}, nil)
}
func blah(ps pubsub.Pubsub) {
	ps.Publish("", []byte{})
}
```

The ruleguard doesn't recursively introspect function calls so only the
first two cases will be guarded against, but it's better than nothing.

Jon Ayers 1f238fed59 feat: integrate new agentexec pkg (#15609)
- Integrates the `agentexec` pkg into the agent and removes the
legacy system of iterating over the process tree. It adds some linting
rules to hopefully catch future improper uses of `exec.Command` in the package.

Cian Johnston 26740cf00d chore(scripts/rules.go): broaden scope of testingWithOwnerUser linter (#10548)
* Updated testingWithOwnerUser ruleguard rule to detect:
  a) Passing client from coderdenttest.New() to clitest.SetupConfig() similar to what already exists for AGPL code
  b) Usage of any method of the owner client from coderdenttest.New() - all usages of the owner client must be justified with a `//nolint:gocritic` comment.
* Fixed resulting linter complaints.
* Added new coderdtest helpers CreateGroup and UpdateTemplateMeta.
* Modified check_enterprise_import.sh to ignore scripts/rules.go.

Cian Johnston c83af5e627 chore(cli): add linter to detect potential spurious usage of owner user in cli tests (#10133)
* Detects the following pattern where the CLI is initialized with a client authenticated as the "first user":

    [...]
    user := coderdtest.CreateFirstUser(t, client)
    [...]
    clitest.SetupConfig(t, client, root)

Cian Johnston 65db7a71b7 feat(coderd/database/dbtestutil): set default database timezone to non-UTC in unit tests (#9672)
- Adds dbtestutil.WithTimezone(tz) to allow setting the timezone for a test database.
- Modifies our test database setup code to pick a consistently weird timezone for the database.
- Adds the facility randtz.Name() to pick a random timezone which is consistent across subtests (via sync.Once).
- Adds a linter rule to warn against setting the test database timezone to UTC.

Cian Johnston 01fe5e668e chore: add testutil.Eventually and friends (#3389)
This PR adds a `testutil` function aimed to replace `require.Eventually`.

Before:
```go
require.Eventually(t, func() bool { ... }, testutil.WaitShort, testutil.IntervalFast)
```

After:
```go
require.True(t, testutil.EventuallyShort(t, func(ctx context.Context) bool { ... }))
// or the full incantation if you need more control
ctx, cancel := context.WithTimeout(ctx.Background(), testutil.WaitLong)
require.True(t, testutil.Eventually(t, ctx, func(ctx context.Context) bool { ... }, testutil.IntervalSlow))
```
