permission:
- `/api/v2/debug/pprof` for `net/http/pprof`
    - `/`
    - `/cmdline`
    - `/profile`
    - `/symbol`
    - `/trace`
    - `/*`
- `/api/v2/debug/metrics` for Prometheus metrics
